I can't quite find the words to describe this B&B, all I can say is go and stay and see for your self, you wont be disappointed!

From the outside it just looks like your normal seaside B&B but once you get through the door its like you've walked into a totally different place! My room was not what I expected, the whole room was finished to a really high standard, with underfloor heating and a waterfall shower, plus a smart TV. The large bed was very comfy, which is a massive plus in my book!

Although the room was on the ground floor it was very quiet at night, after about 9 you could almost hear a pin drop. Considering it is an old building you didn't hear much noise from the other guests either.
Breakfast is cooked fresh each day by the wonderful Izzy using locally sourced ingredients with a daily special, served in a the small but lovely lounge/dining area.

On arrival, Izzy sat me down and showed me where all the dog friendly beaches and restaurants were hidden in Meva and her favourite places to eat, which proved very useful!

The Old Parsonage B&B is located literally 2 minutes from the heart of Meva, without any steep hills to climb, with 2 long stay car parks behind. You don't actually hear much from these considering they are quite close! There are a couple of spaces behind the B&B but these are reservable when booking.

Meva itself is very dog friendly most of the shops allow dogs in, even the restaurants and cafes! Just be careful of the seagulls as they will try and steal your food! The harbour in Meva is still a working fishing harbour and if you time your visit right you can see the fishermen bring in their catch such as blue lobsters etc. There is also the Mevagissey Museum and Aquarium on either side of the harbour both are well worth a visit. (Neither are dog friendly though!) And of course not forgetting the delicious Kelly's ice cream!

Overall this B&B is amazing, Tim & Izzy have done a brilliant job with the rooms and all the finishing touches, plus as it is dog friendly, it is easily the best B&B I've ever stayed in!

Me and my partner spent a couple of days in Mevagissey at the Old Parsonage and were treated like queens. Beautiful hosts and people, lovely breakfast with local produce, and they made my birthday extra special. If you're looking for a bit of relaxation in a beautiful room, in picturesque Cornwall, you have to go there!!! Thank you from Marta & Jo

Warm, friendly, spotlessly clean and comfortable B and B. Lovely rooms, with a bed that felt as good as the one back home. in the heart of Mevagissey so it soaks up all the atmosphere of the village. The breakfast was exceptional and the service was friendly and attentive. We would have loved to stay longer and reluctantly moved on at the end of our stay.
