Cannot recommend enough!!

Stayed here for a long weekend with my partner in June 2013.

This hotel is incredible! We stayed in Crabber and were so so happy with our choice.

When we turned up we were greeted by the owners who ran us through the room and asked us if we had any questions on things to do in the area.

The room has floor to ceiling french doors which open out to the most spectacular view ever! The hotel is placed on top of a steep hill (level where the hotel is) and this means the sea view spans 180 degrees from left to right.

The rooms are beautiful and I think the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The items in the room are all for sale so if you like the tea you drink or the cushions you are able to buy them. The bed is so comfy and if I could have stayed there longer I would have!

We were able to order bubbly which was brought up to the room for us to site and sip with the bet view.

Breakfast was also spectacular and we were able to stock up for the day ahead.

The owners are really lovely and are willing to help with whatever they can.
On the day we checked out we were going to the Eden Project for the day and we had read in the room guide we could get a packed lunch from them. For a very small cost we had awesome combo of ham and cheese sandwiches, drinks and cream tea(!) to take along with us.

Needless to say this hotel and the experience were amazing and we will return when we get the chance.

We have just returned from a 3nt stay at the wonderful Pebble House, it couldn't have been a better place to celebrate both our birthdays and 9th Wedding Anniversary. Andrea and Simon's attention to detail was quite superb we where made to feel very special throughout our stay and the room we chose was the Long Liner which had amazing views over the bay which simply took your breath away. We will definitely be returning quests to this guest house it was simply the best.

THE house with THE views is a must.

We wish Simon and Andrea all the success in the future and thank you again for your hospitality

We had a great couple of nights with glorious weather that allowed us to savour the sea views from our room (Crabber).

The room was very luxurious with a super en-suite and a huge bed.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice. The home made granola is to be recommended.

Somewhere really special with very attentive hosts. Many thanks.

Had our second stay at Pebble House in August for 3 nights to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, as before our stay was a really luxurious treat at this amazing bespoke hotel. We stayed in the Long Liner room which has amazing views acroos the bay to Chapel Point. As with everything in this gorgeous hotel the room was excellent, very stylish, very comfortable and everything you need for a luxurious relaxing stay. Simon and Andrea were wonderful as ever ensuring that we had Champagne on our arrival and a stunning boquet of flowers in our room. The food at the hotel is excellent all cooked by the hosts and we enjoyed the varied breakfast menu which has everything from home made granola to eggs benedict. I really cant find a bad word to say about this excellent hotel. it has become our favourite place to stay not only in Mevagissey but in Cornwall!! and is by far the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The combination of comfort the very high standard of decor and desgin and the stunning views make Pebble House very special. We look froward very much to visiting again soon in the near future.

We wanted something special for our 30th and the Pebble House hit the mark big time. We had one of the top sea view rooms. The view is stunning, ....no, breath taking.
But what about the Hotel? Well it's like the view, it truly is 5 star plus and thanks to Andrea and Simon your made to feel more than welcome.
If we go back to Cornwall it's would have to be the Pebble House.

Thank you Andrea and Simon for a wonderful stay.

Just had 3 nights stay at the lovely Pebble House guest house in Mevagissey. The owners Andrea and Simon, were very welcoming and friendly with nothing being too much trouble to ensure that their guests had a great experience. The accommodation was wonderful and it was great to see owners who really care about maintaining high standards and attention to detail. Breakfasts were wonderful and both Andrea and Simon had a good knowledge of the locality and were willing to give assistance with suggestions on where to eat, activities, walks etc. The views were great and the short walk down through the park, although steep, was pleasant and easy to reach the harbour within a few minutes.

One minor niggle for me was that i feel that the website is slightly misleading indicating that ironing facilities are available as this is listed alongside other facilities that are actually in the room. I therefore thought that the iron would be available in the room. Although this wasnt a problem as Simon was very happy to get it for me when i asked, i do feel i was misled by the website over this matter and would suggest that it be changed to say ironing facilities available on request.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your recent very enjoyable stay with us at Pebble House, THE house with THE views and your lovely words about us as hosts, our breakfasts, our standards and of course our customer service. Yes we really do care about our guests stay with us.
We are a little perplexed about your comment about "no iron and ironing board in the room as stated on our website" as we have never had a mention of this!? We can only surmise that you may have looked at a Third Party website before booking via our website, as they take information from "hoteliers" and put it in to their format and by us providing use of iron/ironing board has been translated according to their widget fitting. As hoteliers, we have little control over their widget fitting as just trying to get them to ensure we had the correct AA Five Star Gold award was hard enough- sorry if they have misled you, we do not on our own website and glad Simon could provide you with the iron and ironing board quickly and easily.
We both hope to see you again on another short break away at Pebble House, for more walks and relaxation

We were so delighted to welcome you both to Pebble House after your son and daughter-in-law stayed with us in the summer after his last tour of Afghanistan and recommended us to you for your "memorable" birthday weekend.
We are delighted that you both had such a great time with us enjoying Simon's infamous breakfasts and the walks of the Coastal Path from right out side our front door.
We hope to see you all again one day soon at Pebble House, THE house with THE views
