On our Uk holiday we had a bad run with hotels leaving a bad experience in Bath we got stuck on the motorway for seven hours. Mevagissey was heaving with tourists. We arrived a little short of enthusiasm for life to a greeting like I have never had from Michael Fitz and Norman. If these guys could duplicate themselves and their hotel, they would be the best value for money chain around. tea on the terrace restored our humour and the view from our room at the front our spirit. I have never felt so instantly welcome ever..
The room is not monstrous ( but is only a two star) but it was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was very new and very functional again a little small but OMG fabulous. Breakfast was great and I liked the little 'pub' for s drink before dinner. Dinner was quite good but wouldn't eat in every night next time. All in all just a fabulous friendly little hotel.
