This was our first experience of a B &B and it didn't disappoint. Our room was lovely with a beautiful view that would be enjoyable in both fair weather and foul. Parking was easy and it was a quick walk into the beautiful village. The walk back is uphill but not difficult.
Lovely owner Clare dispensed beautiful breakfasts as well as good advice as to where to visit that day and never seemed rushed although she must have been busy.
Will add my voice to others and say that I fully recommend it.

Many thanks for taking the time to review us and for your lovely comments. I am of course delighted to hear that your first experience in a B&B didn’t disappoint and that you enjoyed your stay with us. Your additional comments in our guest book which reads ‘Mevagissey is the perfect base to explore Cornwall, Wild Air is the perfect B&B and Clare is the perfect host’ were very moving particularly as you had visited so many places. We hope to welcome you again in the future.

We stayed recently at Wild Air and had a wonderful time. Fantastic location, immaculate accomodation and views from our bedroom were "to die for". Clare is a charming host who has a wealth of knowledge of the local area which she is more than happy to share. Would highly recommend this B&B.

Amazing stay, room was spacious and clean. Beautiful views looking over the harbour. Close to Mevagissey that we could easily walk to. Clare is so friendly and had some great tips and knows so much about Cornwall. Breakfast was lovely. Nothing to fault!

Just back from spending two nights at Clare's lovely B&B.Our room (number 2),was spotlessly clean with a lovely sized en suite. Bed was very comfy and duvet very warm. Our host was very friendly, and cooked a lovely full English each morning! Would highly recommend Wild Air to anyone wanting to stay at Mevagissey.Although the weather was cold and wet, the welcome we received made up for it.Will definitely stay here the next time we are down. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed for 3 nights over Easter and can highly recommend this B&B - its a small B&B run by locals who can give you the best hints and tips on where to eat, drink, where to find a great cream tea or Sunday lunch. The room was beautiful with some lovely extra touches. The view stunning over looking the harbour and they have parking which not all the B&B's in the village have. The breakfast was superb. We'll be back - if they'll have us.

Amazing place to relax, enjoy the views, hospitality and food. Wild Air is situated perfectly for watching the world go by with breathtaking views of the harbour and across the bay. Clare is a very kind and warm host, nothing is too much trouble and her local knowledge and advice is very helpful. The breakfast choice is varied and cooked freshly, we especially enjoyed the kippers and smoked haddock!

Room Tip: Room 3 has amazing views!

My wife and I have just spent 3 days at Wild Air in the run up to Easter, what a great B & B, we really enjoyed our stay, Clare is a wonderful host, the breakfast she served was fantastic with great choice, we stuck with the full English every day. Our room was immaculate and cleaned spotlessly every day, the room had a really comfortable mattress and pillows with complete silence at night and the ensuite was large with a great shower. The view is breathtaking of Mevagissey and St Austell Bay. the rooms come with a car park space and the proximity to Mevagissey is perfect we enjoyed the walk home looking over the bay every evening albeit uphill. I would strongly recommend this B & B. I would also like to extend a big thank you to Clare for making our break so enjoyable and we are looking forward to stopping at Wild air again.
