From the moment you step through the front door of "Over Sea, Under Stone", you can see that it's built for comfort. From the comfy sofa and recliners in the lounge area to the snug reading chair tucked away in a corner, this is an apartment you can relax in.
All of the beds are equally comfortable and the kitchen area has pretty much everything you need (including a dishwasher which was, for us, a luxury).
It's very well situated, literally a 30 second walk from the harbour; very convenient for all that Mevagissey has to offer (especially the bookshop).
Parking is always an issue in the village but Liz and Steve helped us to arrange long term parking in a nearby car park at a considerable discount on the daily fees.
Oh, and the provision of a proper cream tea on our arrival was a much welcomed touch, even if it did lead to the inevitable debate on how to prepare it (btw..it's scone, butter, jam, cream...anything else is madness).
A lovely week in a great apartment. Thank you.
