Lovely roast, friendly staff and good cider, what more do you need! Go to the quiz night on Tuesday nights if you want a laugh; some take it a bit seriously but you don't need too lol

10 people to order, had to write out the food order because they would not leave the bar and take the order! Take pencil and paper unless your memory is very good.
10 people to eat lunch and felt they were not bothered if we did or not.
Food was average.

A lovely traditional pub with friendly staff.
Would not really call it a carvery as the meat is pre sliced so does not create the same effect!
All just OK really for the price. Yorkshire puddings did not seem home made, very small and all the same size! Veggies OK, pots a bit greasy and not nice and crisp.
OK if you really dont want to cook but much nicer places in that area.
