We stayed at Brambles B&B for 2 nights in May. We hadn't stayed in many B&Bs in Cornwall previously, so weren't sure what to expect. We would definitely return. Tina greeted us and provided us with a pot of tea and scones in the garden upon our arrival. It was just what we required after 4 and half hours in the car. The room had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. There was free Wi-Fi provided, which we found important as we had no mobile signal in this location. Tina was extremely helpful when questioned about nearby beaches and restaurants and there are also plenty of leaflets readily available by the door.
Breakfast was a fantastic mix of fruit, breads and cheeses and eggs were made to order. The tea and coffee is restored regularly. I had 2 cups of tea 15 minutes apart on one occasion and the hot water had been refilled for my second visit.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't think twice about returning or recommending it to family and friends.

We visit this part of Cornwall regularly and normally stay somewhere different each time but opted to return to Brambles after an enjoyable stay last year. This really is a gem of a little B&B that refreshingly stands out from the somewhat traditional B&B’s to be found in this area. We stayed in room 3 again, which nice enough the first time around, now has new furniture, along with a new modern ensuite shower room making it a very pleasant and comfortable room.

The whole place is spotlessly clean with attention to detail and nice little touches here and there; Tina the host is very welcoming and helpful.

Breakfast is a tasty and varied buffet, just my cup of tea but if you’re a fan of the fry-up then this may not be the B&B for you.

Brambles is in a good location for the major tourist attractions in this area and actually closer than you think to the other side of the coast (Padstow, St Isaac etc.) but only has one drawback in that there is no where (good) to eat in walking distance but there are plenty of good eating options in a short driving distance.

Thanks Tina for your warm hospitality and hope to see you again next year to see how your wild flower garden plans progress.

What a lovely place; immaculately looked after; very near to the Eden project; and within short driving distance of the sea and some idyllic little ports and harbours. Tina is an extremely helpful and attentive host, we couldn't fault it.

If you are at all nervous of a b&b, and normally stay in hotels as we do, have no fear. You will not be disappointed! 10 out of 10

Warm welcome and comfortable, clean rooms. Peaceful surroundings. Tina's attention to detail in everything was outstanding. Agree with previous reviews, this B&B is a real gem and Tina deserves every success. For me an added bonus was no stairs. Will definitely stay again.

Tina was lovely and helpful, the room was clean and modern but still had character, everything was spotlessly clean, all the attention to detail was apparent, breakfast was brilliant, and we could walk to the Eden Project.
