I had always meant to try this restaurant, so it was the impromptu choice for a friend's birthday meal. We had not made a reservation, but were welcomed with a smile, and had a nice table by the window. We chose a mix from the menu, and daily specials. The Chilli Squid was tasty, as were the Scallops wrapped in Pancetta. The Duck in Porto sauce was thick juicy and well cooked, and the special Monkfish with Scallops in a rich saffron cream was colourful and tasty. Almost too full for desert, but one of us had the Sorbet made with lemon, Vodka, and Champagne. Very nice!
The daily specials are not priced-up, and we didn't ask, and with a bottle of housewine and one coffee, the bill was a little higher than expected, but we enjoyed the evening and would go back.
