“Good location”
Reviewed 29 July 2014

We stayed here for 4 nights in early July. The off road parking is a huge plus. Nick was a friendly & interesting host. Trevian room was clean & comfortable with sea view and a huge bathroom. Breakfasts were good. Nick kindly made up sandwiches for my husband who doesn’t eat until later in the day! Only a 5 minute walk to the beach & restaurants. Do ask Nick for directions to the Bolingey Inn as we had a lovely meal there. Walk there & taxi back (only cost £3!) as the hill from the pub is very steep.

Hi,
We are lucky to be close enough that our Guests can walk into Perranporth Town and to the beach without needing to take the car and pay parking charges. The Bolingey Inn serves lovely food, but Bolingey isn't in Perranporth, and is a little further to walk to over the hill. A taxi back was a good choice as the country roads are narrow and unlit.

We've had a wonderful time here in Trevian Close. Nick truly added to the visit with his being immensely helpful, knowledgeable of the best things to do, and simply being a nice person. The effort the owners have put in to making the stay better really shows, from the code to enter the house (so no need to get back early in the evening), to great showers, to excellent coffee (pleased my Italian girlfriend!), to comfy beds and nice rooms. They've done a great job.

The location is great, no problem at all to get anywhere in Perranporth. Perranporth itself is fine; the beach is outstanding, and my girlfriend and I are happy we stayed in the area.

We'll certainly be back to this B&B next year -I can't recommend it more highly than that!

We stayed at Trevian Lodge for 4 nights as a family of 4 (12 and 14 yr old). We've booked the two front rooms with sea view and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our rooms were lovely and very clean. Jenni and Nick were very welcoming and helpful and made us feeling like home. Excelent breakfast. Only some minutes walking to the town and great beach. Highly recommended. We would defenitely stay again.

Good breakfast, friendly hospitable owners and location convenient to my requirements as stop-over for End to End cycle ride. Would have preferred somewhere under cover to keep my bicycle, but as it did not rain overnight, can't complain.

It was a pleasure having you here. Jenni's breakfasts are rather good aren't they.
We do have cover for bikes along the side of the house (or in the garage when I'm not doing a major DIY project), I thought you might be able to make use of the garden table since no rain was forecast.
Good luck with the cycling challenge.

We are pleased that you enjoyed staying with us.
Perranporth has a fantastic beach and is also conveniently located just a few miles from the A30, making it easy to get to many of the attractions in Cornwall. There are beautiful National Trust properties and gardens locally, fabulous coastal scenery, pretty fishing villages as well as The Eden project and The Minack Theatre.

We have just returned from a wonderful two days in Perranporth to celebrate my brothers wedding. The whole family was able to stay at the wonderful Trevian Lodge, and we had a superb stay. Joy and Nick really looked after us well and were so welcoming and friendly and able to work around our wedding party arrangements. They made us all feel very welcome and we all had the most superb nights sleep. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the surf was delightfully relaxing The breakfast next morning was dreamy and kept us going through our busy days! We will be back!

Room Tip: All the rooms were superb. We were in the double room at the back of the house, which was next to t...

Hi,
So pleased you enjoyed your stay. We've just revamped that room. It now has it's own spacious and luxurious en-suite with a fabulous walk-in shower, a heated mist free mirror with lights and a heated towel rail.
