I booked almost last minute and luckily got a lovely twin room with private bathroom & toilet. The owners were very friendly and I think it was amazing they designed and built the place all by themselves. The story was pretty inspiring too.they designed everything very well and you could tell they really focus on details. the building looks like brand new but its actually 6 years old. it is better than some 4-star hotels. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to my friends and families.

Graham and Suzanne are superb hosts in every way. Upon arrival we were offered a complementary cream tea which we felt was a very nice touch especially as the scones were homemade. The cleanliness and attention to detail was excellent. We also liked the ambiance of the whole home and Graham and Suzanne were so very friendly. The guest lounge was a unique feature and very comfortable. In our bedroom too the bed was delightful with a beautiful shower ensuite. Our breakfast was cooked beautifully and we could have whatever we desired..
All in all we would rate our stay as 1st class and very worthy of the 4 star AA listing.

Room Tip: All rooms are 1st class.

Where do i start, well, On arrival we were greeted by Graham & Suzanne who straight away made us feel very welcome and at home. A homemade Scone accompanied with clotted cream and jam was a perfect way to start our holiday for the week. The rooms which we stayed in were in the main house upstairs and included a lounge area for us which Graham kindly put a fridge in their for us. The Bedrooms were immaculate and had the most contemporary decor. Nothing was too much trouble for them and both were very knowledgable on the local area as well as other parts of cornwall. After reading other reviews about Grahams Breakfasts we come to the conclusion that they are the best we have ever had. These set us up for the day nicely, also Graham and Suzanne recommended a local pub called the Golden Lion for our evening meal which was simply amazing as well. Overall there was not a single problem we had and thoroughly enjoyed the stay at their lovely house and the most friendly couple you wish to meet & we most definitely will be returning in the near future. Massive 10 out of 10.

Room Tip: All rooms are superb.

Suzanne and Graham did everything and more to make our stay with them the most remarkable of our whole journey. Even on our late-night arrival we've had a great welcome with tea and enough local knowledge and travel advice for another three trips to Cornwall. Afterwards we enjoyed the bath tub, followed by star-gazing from the roof terrace. Looking forward to come back!

Suzanne and Graham were most welcoming.
I stayed in the garden room which benefits from its own external access door as well as an internal door to the rest of the house.
There is a small kitchen alcove which has a fridge, a sink, a 2-ring hob and a microwave plus crockery etc. for 2 persons. There is the regular provision of tea & coffee. A nice little table and 2 chairs was perfect. The flat screen TV is good quality and there is the full range of Freeview channels. There is plenty of drawer space and I discovered 2 guest bathrobes in the wardrobe. The bed is large and comfortable. The bedside lamps are clever, touch the stand to switch on/off - no searching for switches!
The bathroom is FAB!!. A lovely new modern white suite, tiled throughout. I loved the mood lighting in the ceiling as well as the unusual led lights in the bath panels. The "wet-room" style shower was great and there was a plentiful supply of liquid soap. body/hair wash and body lotion.
My breakfast was freshly cooked and was excellent. It was very nice to have fresh fruit available as well as cereals and yoghurts.
Thank you Suzanne and Graham for a most enjoyable stay!

Room Tip: The Garden room is on the ground floor and has a ramp for access via the external door.

Suzanne and Graham gave us a very warm and friendly welcome with a cornish cream tea (homemade scones!). We confirm, what we have written in their guestbook: In nearly 30 years of travelling in Great Britain this was the most luxurious B&B we have ever seen!
The room has a very comfortable size, it has an additional separate entrance, a kitchenette, a big flatscreen-TV, color changing lights (if you want), a spacy and very comfortable bathroom with a heated towel rack, separate shower and bathtub. Everything looks brandnew, very clean and set up with care.
We loved the cornish breakfast!
Thank you very much, Suzanne and Graham, we will definitely come again!

Clean, everything clean. Ten foot ceilings, 4 Foot cleaner with a feather duster on a stick, but not any old stick, its got a fast and slow nob on it! The showers are lovely. I had an en suit wet room - perfect. Everything you could want is in your room. The breakfast keeps me going all day and i'm 16 stone - I like to eat. I've stayed about 10-15 nights on business but by the time I pull up in the car the thought of work ebbs away. Someone keeps nicking the red boiled sweets in the communal front room and they need to find out who but its not me! It's definately a place to relax. If your going this far down in Cornwall stay here. If your not change your plans and go down this far.The hostess is as mad as a box of frogs but thats okay, we like frogs. But whatever you do, don't ask Sue "Wot appened"

Sue / Graham - Thanks for everything and rest assured, you have the best B&B in the UK x
