5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 April 2014

Had a lovely week staying in Bowji . The cottage is first class and comfortable. Great welcome from hosts Ju and Pete, who were very helpful but yet unobtrusive. This gave us a lovely quiet bolt hole after spending a busy day with family. The loan of a socket set was greatly appreciated.

Just had a brilliant week at 'the barn' such a beautiful place to stay a real home from home with everything you would need, fantastic location makes you very central to many tourist attractions, very family friendly my 5 year old and 10month old loved it. The owners pete and ju had set up a cream tea to welcome us which was lovely and had put safety gate up around fire place to stop the children getting hurt (luckily weather held out so didn't need the fire) already looking at dates to book for next year. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in this lovely cottage for a five days, but it just wasn't long enough! I can't wait to visit again. We stayed in 'the Barn' as a group of four, and it was everything you could have asked for! It was very nicely decorated, clean and well kept, and had all the modern appliances. It even had a wood burner, although we never used it, as we were fortunate enough to have nice weather - it was nice to have, in case it was cold!
There's an incredible panoramic view from the top field that's worth checking out on a clear day. There are also some great local walks with more great viewpoints!

The owners were brilliant. They live next door - but left us to it completely. They were extremely helpful, and happy to advise on all the best places to visit when we asked.

Mynheer farm is perfectly situated for accessing a load of beaches, both on the north and south coast. There's a big supermarket quite near by to stock up on supplies.
You'll need a car to get around; but the farm is a perfect base to go and explore!

We were a group of friends, and we had a wonderful time here. You really have the idyllic Cornish country setting when you stay here. I can't wait to visit again! Thank you for a great holiday.
