Excellent hotel, extremely comfortable and clean room. Nicely cooked breakfast. Dinner and wine list were pricey but worth it. Staff were very friendly and helpful - sorted out wifi difficulty and gave tips on where to go and what to see. Camel cycle trail definitely worth a go whether you are into cycling or a complete beginner!

Room Tip: Estuary view avoid 2nd floor for better wifi coverage

A lovely peaceful hotel with great views. The breakfast is wonderful
and varied. There is a ferry to Padstow as well. The bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped. Good restaurant and nice staff. We have been several times.

Loved the room, the view and facilities but were underwhelmed with the restaurant and menu.
Same small menu for 3 days in a row...lunch and dinner and by 8pm the "specials" were all gone...if there were any to start with.
Advertising 2 sausages for breakfast and getting one was ok until you ask for 2 then they cut back to one slice of bacon...all very miserable and overpriced.
Lovely staff though.

A most enjoyable Sunday Lunch. Hotel in beautiful setting in Rock with fabulous views from restaurant and terrace all adding to a perfect sunny Sunday Lunch. Lovely selection of choices from a small set menu. The duck and lamb were beautifully cooked and presented. A clever chef with excellent cooking skills. Our first visit - we shall return.

Delightful afternoon tea with lovely sea views. The sandwiches, cakes and scones were delicious. Wonderful service - the staff even went to a local shop for an alternative to strawberry jam for my father. Definitely on a par with the London hotels and I'm so glad it's on my doorstep. Will be visiting again
