A gem of a hotel with an amazing views over the Camel estuary. The service was faultless from check in to departure. A welcoming smile from all the staff throughout our stay made all the difference. We dined in the restaurant on one evening, a delicious meal and good value.

Stayed for one night booked at the last minute and very glad we did. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from the beach at Rock, with lots of parking and easy to find.

Sarah on reception was very friendly, showed us around, and on the day we left allowed us to keep the room while we went to the spa. Thankyou.

Our waitress greeted us with a smile, and was very friendly and efficient, and offered some good menu advice. The menu choice and food were excellent and good value. On the day we left we also stayed for lunch which was available all day.

I had a very good hot stone massage and felt relaxed afterwards.

Our room was a good size, with a small kitchen area, microwave and fridge. Good selection of teas and coffee.Nice bathroom with a shower over the bath. The room faced a bungalow next door, and you could just sea the sea through the trees.

The hotel has an outdoor pool which was closed at Easter. It has a sauna, but there is no area to relax between sessions, and this would be my only gripe. There is a snooker table and a table tennis table. The lounge was comfortable with a fire and several magazines and newspapers to read.

We will certainly return to this little gem.

A most enjoyable 5 night break at this truly lovely hotel. From the reservations by the charming and very helpful Sarah and Bethany, who dealt with our original booking and the subsequent changes and additional nights stay due to the snow, to all the warm and friendly staff who all contributed to a relaxing and most pleasant stay. James Nathan’s food was a delight and the restaurant team, particularly, Natalie, were always friendly and helpful. Our room, with wonderful views, was spotless throughout our stay and a real credit to the housekeeping ladies. Kate Simms, the Manager, overseas a superb team in a quiet and unobtrusive way, and she and her team are a great credit to the St.Enodoc Hotel.

We stayed for three nights on a midweek deal. The location and setting of the hotel is magnificent, overlooking the Camel Estuary towards Padstow. The style of the hotel has a colourful and modern feel, with spacious public areas, roaring fires and a split level dining area. Reception was efficient and friendly, as were all the staff in the hotel. Help and advice was always available, including booking taxis and arranging visits. Rooms are well appointed, with king size, extremely comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms with underfloor heating.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but will write a separate review regarding the dining here.

Room Tip: Room 115 has great views and is well appointed

St Enedoc strikes a lovely balance between cosy, classy and sensibly priced. The restaurant is of a good standard. It's not 'fancy' but it doesn't need to be: everything is done very nicely. Breakfast is equally good. Rooms are very comfortable but on the two occasions we've stayed, neither bathroom seems to have a working ventilation fan so it gets steamy. Kids were very happy in the summer with the games room. In the winter there is a lovely open fire in the communal lounge. Hotel location perfect for short walk into Rock waterfront (Mariners pub, Padstow ferry and some other nice restaurants like Rock Inn and No 1 Rock Road). Well done St Enedoc staff. Really great stays in August (family) and end February as a couple. Also great deal in Feb 3 nights for 2.

Room Tip: Higher floors at front offer best views of estuary
