“Wonderful, clean, outstanding.”
Reviewed 9 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

Just this moment arrives back from a stay at Lynicote farm. It's the first time I've ever written a review. The cottage was outstandingly clean with everything we needed. Judy was very helpful. All the local
Info is in a folder for day trips etc. I stayed for a week with my husband, mum and 2 year old. It was great for my son as there was a slide, swing and numerous garden toys for him. Access to washing facilities and a washing line. You do need a car as it's along country paths a couple of miles away from the village and to the wonderful local beaches. I want to live there I will be returning

“Another great week at Lynicote farm.”
Reviewed 12 July 2015 for a stay in June 2015

This is our second stay at Lynicote farm and once again we had an excellent time. The cottage was as lovely as we remembered and the owners were fantastic as usual, making us feel totally at home. This is a very well equipped cottage and is lovingly decorated and furnished, a real home from home. It is a great base for visiting the many attractions of Cornwall and we would recommend Lynicote farm to everybody.

“A fantastic place to stay, a real home from home.”
Reviewed 16 February 2015 for a stay in August 2014

An amazing cottage, run by a very friendly couple, nothing is too much trouble for them. The cottage is well decorated and very clean and comfortable, containing everything you need for a comfortable, quiet holiday. There is ample parking and a lovely secluded patio area outside. A great place to use as a base to visit the many nearby attractions and we look forward to returning for our second visit in June.

“Lovely cottage, lovely owners, lovely stay :)”
Reviewed 22 September 2014 for a stay in April 2014

Lovely cottage in a quiet, rural location, but very close to road links. Cottage has everything that you need for a week away with the family. The cottage has been lovingly decorated. Judy (owner) was lovely & welcoming. She was helpful throughout our stay, even hanging out our washing on a couple of days :)

“Great base, great place!”
Reviewed 24 August 2014 for a stay in May 2014

Lynicote Farm Cottage was as good as I expected it to be in every sense. A lovely away from it all location, (although it may not suit everyone) with the A30 just minutes away it makes an ideal base for exploring the lower end of Cornwall. Unlike many rentals that sometimes just give you the bare minimum, a lot of thought as gone into the guests needs and it is made to feel like a home from home. Very clean with everything you could need and a loving attention to detail and Judy and Paul are always attentive and helpful and make you feel very welcome.

“Fabulous, definitely want to return”
Reviewed 28 July 2014 for a stay in July 2014

Wonderful place to stay, lovely quiet location, beautiful surroundings and handy for exploring the local area. The cottage is perfect; very comfortable and wondefully well appointed and clean with nice comfy beds, fluffy towels and modern but homely feel. Judy and Paul and lovely friendly hosts, the tea, milk, orange juice, biscuits and fresh flowers all ready for our arrival were lovely touches, the tea was very much appreciated! You could not ask for a better place to stay and I will definitely be rebooking.
