We stayed for two nights in a super large room. Owner very welcoming and recommended two places in the town centre (about a five minute walk) to get an excellent evening meal. Room was very clean and comfortable with large tray with tea, coffee and excellent chocolate. Toiletries provided in en-suite shower room. Breakfast served when we wanted it with tasty ingredients, and very enjoyable. Real value for money. Although on a road up from the station, we were not at all bothered by traffic noise. Even better we could even see the sea from our bedroom.

Would we stay here again? You bet we would assuming we were able to get in.

We stayed for 5 days and was easy to book and even extend our stay. Location close(10min) to city centre and bus/train stop which links with all major destinations in Cornwall. In place usefull tips on whats worth to see, also maps and Tourist guides. Rooms very clean lovely to stay in, very nice and new decorations. TV in room and plenty of storage space. Also tea and coffee available in the rooms and well equiped. We loved it there!

We had a large double room - plenty of space. The usual comforts provided - TV, toiletries, tea and coffee, hairdryer. The owner is very helpful - even when we showed up soaked in the rain! The location is quiet and good for the station and St Austell centre (5 minutes' walk). Plenty of space to park.
