Stayed here for four nights in late November. I'm so glad we found this place, the welcome was genuine, the room was warm, welcoming and spotless. The shower was just amazing, wish we could have taken it home with us! The bed was so comfortable, gave both of us perfect support. The breakfasts were great, well cooked, good quality ingredients and plenty of it. Its just a short walk into the town so nicely situated. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely B & B to anyone.

Room Tip: We were at the front and, despite being beside a busy road, we had no sleep disturbances from it. N...

On friend's recommendation, stayed here 3 nights 22/3/4 Oct with my wife to see Eden Project & Lost Gardens of Heligan - so pleased for that. Spotlessly clean, comfy and spatious, in twin-bed 'Gold' room where en-suite was another big room in itself. Owner Chris was so 'genuinely' welcoming, helpful and friendly, and the breakfast options, quality & quantity set us up virtually for the day. Is in a great location, perhaps just a tad noisy from main road traffic at front, but no problem for us. Would definitely stay here again. Also recommend, as does Chris, eating at Hop & Vine pub - good not-mucked-about-with food at reasonable prices.

Stayed here for four nights with my son. We both enjoyed the stay enormously. Beds and shower were excellent and we appreciated lots of thoughtful 'touches' such as a pair of scissors with the tea & coffee sachets, plenty of hangers and storage space, plus handy sockets for charging phones etc, also the bus timetables. Breakfast was a joy! We ate at the pub recommended and went back for more fish pie! Both housekeeper and owner were really welcoming and helpful. I have already given details to a friend who likes to travel and values home comfort.

I was staying here for one night as stopover for work, arriving very late and was desperate for a comfy, warm, homely and well-equipped night. Langdale more than delivered on every count. I stay away frequently and this great 'home from home' made me feel really relaxed and like everything was taken care of. The owner was brilliantly friendly and helpful...I would stay here every single time, if only I travelled down here more frequently.

Room Tip: My room faced over main road, which was noisy for me, but probably fine for most.

Stayed here for 1 night only as we wanted to visit the Eden Project.
Our host Chris was so helpfull from the beginning of our booking till check-out.
He recommend lovely places to eat and what to see and to do in the area, which was really much appreciated.
Langdale house is a charming B&B with 3 rooms only.
Our room was spacious with modern interior, comfy beds even though they were Twin beds :)
Coffee and tea facilities are provided for free and the breakfast was yummy and cooked to order.
We had a great stay and will be definatley back.

Just got home after spending 5 nights at this B&B with my wife, mother-in-law and sister-in-law.

Overall = Excellent

The rooms were excellent, clean and comfortable. The "Valley View" room has a rain shower and I didn't want to get out.

Breakfast is cooked to each persons choosing, with options including cereals, full English, and more.

Chris provided us with suggested places to visits, routes, restaurants etc.

Chris & Ameena.....well what a great host.

Basically you MUST stay here.

Thank you VERY Much
