After making an order with the fortune house this evening we are disgusted with the home delivery service. After waiting an hour we got a phone call saying our delivery would be 15 minutes late, so we accepted that and waited as it was only a short space of time and knew it would be busy. Although after those 15 minutes had gone we still had no Chinese and waited an extra 20 minutes to find out where it was. We then eventually rang the restaurant and we were told 'someone had rang us several times' yet there was no missed calls. The person on the phone then explained they couldn't deliver our meal. And as we ordered online this has caused a great inconvenience as we now need a full refund and it's too late to order from anywhere else. We won't be buying from the fortune house again.
