We stayed for 5 nights due to central location for region. Short family holiday - always use Premier Inn for business so know of usual high standards of cleanliness, staff, etc. Room was adequate but slightly cramped for family of 4 & have been to hotels where rooms are much bigger/spacious - not sure whether larger rooms are available though. Staff were extremely friendly & knowledgeable and always willing to offer help. Restaurant was a big let down due to cramped hot conditions, having to wait far too long for food & just being over-stretched as it was very busy particularly in the mornings - we ate twice in the evening but decided to try other locations whilst out & about.... restaurant staff were very accommodating & friendly but were far too over worked! I usually find that the linked restaurants struggle to meet the demand particularly in busy hotels. Other than that happy with hotel.. thank you!

All staff were very friendly and attentive. Whole hotel site was very clean. Disabled room was spacious and spotless. A moveable small table/trolley would have been helpful as I couldn't reach bedside shelf.

We stayed over here for one night. Very easy to find and a short drive to several supermarkets. First stay in a premier inn and was very impressed, clean room with comfy beds for family of four. The receptionist was ultra friendly, welcoming and helpful. I've stayed in supposedly posher hotels that weren't as nice as this.

Stayed here for a Wedding at the Eden Project.

Your typical Premier Inn, only stayed here for one night after the wedding, but it is very convenient for the Eden Project. The room was clean and what we thought was quite large for a Premier Inn, staff were friendly and willing to help order taxi’s for us.
Breakfast was your typical cooked breakfast at the pub across the car park, not too bad, but there is better in town if you wanted an alternative.

All in all a pleasant stay with a comfy room and friendly staff

Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms up to the normal Premier Inn standard. service in rooms was good, we stayed 3 nights. Hotel gave us a voucher for 30% discount at Eden Project. The only downside is the attached restaurant, the hotel has an arrangement with them for meals. The restaurant is rather chaotic when running at capacity. On 2 nights the food wait was an hour despite pre booking. The food itself was fine. The night it was less busy was very quick. Staff were working flat out, there were not enough of them to cope. Would visit again though.

A warm and friendly welcome from a Pyjama wearing receptionist - they were supporting a charity.
Premier Inn is our budget hotel of choice. Well trained staff and a reliable package.

Have been to many premier inns and they never fail.

Good service, simple but effective. Good nights sleep.

Pub/restaurant next door serving good pub food. Breakfast is excellent. Very busy so book rather than turning up for dinner as you will have a long wait for a table.
