I needed a 3 night stay on short notice on returning to the UK from overseas en route to the Isles of Scilly and Austin and his team did a fantastic job! The room was clean, beds comfortable, warm ( coming from the Caribbean I needed that!) ! No sea view but the soothing sound from the Lighthouse created a nice backdrop. Breakfast was efficient and I had a really good choice of options. Austin and his team were efficient, caring, and really helped with directions and information to make my stay better. Despite the weather, yes it rained, but I understand it always does that on a Bank Holiday in the UK, he provided umbrellas and a place to put my dirty wet shoes after adventuring around the Lizard. The town is quaint, great ice cream, fantastic walks and coastal views within a short walk or drive. You must get to see Kynance Cove, try to go on low tide then you can explore the beach and the caves. Absolutely gorgeous! But the star of this show is Austin, there is nothing more he could do to be more accommodating. Thank you guys for a fabulous introduction to the UK!

Room Tip: I had a twin bedded room just because of availability, but seems all the rooms are quiet and well po...

Stayed for one night in July. Made very welcome by Austin from the off. Perfectly situated in middle of Lizard village with cafe, pubs and shops a minute or two away.
Nice room, the place was spotlessly clean, everything worked, great value for money.
Top notch breakfast too.
Not bad for a bloke from Romford !
Thoroughly recommended.

Very user-friendly Guesthouse - one of the best we have stayed at. Austin was incredibly friendly and helpful. And they cook a full English breakfast that's a work of art. We stayed in Room 3 which is very light, spacious and it has an excellent sea view. And the rates are extremely good value. Lizard - the village - was a very pleasant surprise including three very good restaurants within easy walking - or staggering distance - depending on how many pints of Doombar or Korev have been downed by the end of the evening! And finally there are wall to wall beaches around - including my favourite anywhere in the world - Kynance Cove. Still a magic place. Rock on!

Room Tip: Room 3 is excellent if you want a distant sea view

After a very warm welcome I stayed for two nights in a very nice and clean room (I got a key, could leave and come in as I wanted). The breakfast was how I wished it. To kep it short: A completly satisfaying stay by very friendly people in a well kept beautyful house.

We had another wonderful trip in August, this b&b continues to be our favourite. See my previous reviews really, nothing has changed, it's still the best b&b we've ever been to. Austin and Linda are always so friendly and welcoming, the breakfasts are amazing, the room is lovely and always spotlessly clean. We will continue coming back to the Lizard for the foreseeable future as it's one of the most wonderful places in the world, and we wouldn't ever stay anywhere else.
