The property was brilliant. Very comfortable and spotlessley clean. Lots of little extras which were great - coffee, tea, milk, flowers, toiletries. There is everything you need, very well equipped and great parking. Loved the beach theme for the appartment, very homely without being twee! Loved the books which were all cornwall based, a real improvement on other places we stayed which had the normal 'library'. No phone signal in Seaton (great when you got used to it) but the wifi worked really well which means you have a way of keeping in touch if you have to. Good outside space and fantastic folding doors which open right up, loved it! The advantage with this property is that its the furthest away from the beach (I mean it takes just a minute longer to get to the beach :-)) but gives you a little more privacy with very few people walking by and tucked back from the car park. You can see the sea, drink coffee on the beach, walk the beach to Downderry (watch the tides), get a drink at Waves and come back to a really comfortable place. If you want to explore, there is lots to do, the literature in the appartment will point you in the right direction. If you have kids, the park opposite will keep them busy when they're not on the beach. Loved it!
