This is a lovely B&B; friendly and helpful hosts, lots of room for walking gear, beautiful location and very good breakfasts. Our room was very comfortable, very clean and had great views; represents good value for money.

We had booked for one night to celebrate our 40th Wedding anniversary as we were eating at the nearby Nare Hotel. The house is decorated in the style of The Camomile Lawn, which was filmed there. It felt as if we had stepped onto a rather lovely film set. Our room was spacious and had a huge bay window overlooking the cliffs and the sea.
Our family had sent champagne for us which Keith put on ice and then poured for us after we had leisurely changed to go out. We toasted ourselves in the beautiful drawing room by the log fire. After a good nights sleep we awoke to the sun pouring in and sat in the bay window, open, with a steaming cup of coffee looking at the boats, ships and birds. The breakfast was out of this world, our full English brought on a platter looked and smelt wonderful and we did not need another thing for the day.
Lindsay bid us farewell and we left feeling relaxed, refreshed and wanting to spend Christmas in that wonderful house.

Arrived here having walked 13 miles along the coast path from Mevagissey; what a wonderful find ! A building with so much character with spectacular views of the coast.

The building was used in the making of the TV production of Camomile Lawn and still radiates the magic.

From a coast path walker's point of view it could not be better as the path ajoins the rear garden. Friendly couple running the establishment and an excellent breakfast to set us on our way for the next stage of our walk.

If you want to escape the noise and interuptions of town and city life then time really can stand still at Broom Parc. Fantastic hosts, Lindsay and Keith Righton will welcome you with their charm and hospitality to a wonderful stay at this unique Bed and Breakfast nestled be
tween Veryan and Portloe. The location and its seaview is simply mesmerizing. Journey back home after one of Lindsay and Keith's full English breakfast (locally sourced produce) and you will keep returning time after time.......

What a fantastic location with stunning sea views and right on the Corish coastal path.
Although it's period house the rooms are very comfortable, we stayed in Sophie's room the double with the bathroom across the landing. Old fashioned charm sums up the house and the hosts. The breakfast is worth the visit on it's own. Through in the connection with the Camomile lawn and you feel you stayed somewhere very special, kept expecting one of the characters from the TV series to appear around the corner.

My wife and I were big fans of the Camomile Lawn and, as such, had been intending to stay at Broom Parc for many years but never got round to it until Feb '09.
From the moment you arrive you feel like you're on the set - fantastic. Yes, there are parts which could do with being 'refreshed' but it would be a great shame to modernise the house and lose its character.
Even without its interesting past, Broom Parc is a wonderful place to stay. To wake up to those views - just fabulous!
Great breakfasts also.

I have stayed at Broom Parc a number of times now as I love it so much I keep going back! The location is just incredible - the house is situated by itself on the edge of a cliff. The views from the bedrooms overlook the sea and really are breathtaking. I find this to be the perfect place to get away from London for a weekend and go home feeling completely refreshed! There are coastal walks in either direction from outside the house and you can walk to nearby beatiful villages of Portloe and Veryan. The couple that run it are very friendly, helpful and know the area well so can give good advice on where to go and what to do. The breakfast was delicious and, again overlooking the stunning views. Overall I could not recommend it enough - I've travelled a lot and this is by far one of my favourite places to visit.
