We did not stay here but had dinner one night. We enjoyed the character of the building, it is lovely inside and out, we had a delightful meal, the staff were lovely and the restaurant is well worth a visit, whether you stay there or not.

Berida Manor oozes Old World charm and excellent Service by all Staff.
The dining room and food where both well presented and enjoyable.
Breakfast on both days hit the spot and even a request for Worstershire sauce was happily & readily supplied.

Golfing trip with friends staying at Berida Manor was great as it was not far from all the golf courses we played and was a 10 to 15 minute walk into Bowral to the shops and restaurants. The accommodation had a large guest lounge with an open fire where they allowed us to have our own pre dinner drinks and nibbles. There was also a snooker room which we also used. The night we stayed in for dinner we were provided with a three course dinner at $43.50 per person which was excellent value. Matthew was very helpful making our stay very pleasant for all sixteen of us.

Great location, easy walk to town. Good rooms although blackout curtains would be nice since the external lights are on all night. Facilities good, spa could have more bubbles but nice and hot. Breakfasts are ok, dinner fabulous. Receptionist could smile once in a while, but would stay here again.

Berida Manor is very dated. We were hoping for oldy worldy. It was more like a comedy set up. The internet advertising is not representative of the actual rooms. The bedhead was attached to the window by 2x4, preventing the curtains closing. There is wi-fi available for ~$20. The deal we had included a 3 course dinner 1 night, and buffet breakfasts. The food was average-good. The rooms were large, without any frills.
This was our first weekend away without the kids in a while, so we did have unmet expectations.
One our last night, a group returning from a wedding a bit before midnight could not get into their room. They prevented us getting much sleep. When we addressed this with the manager, he advised they didn't have a lock out policy and we should have called the police.
There is a pool that looked nice, but we didn't use it during our stay. I wouldn't stay at this location again.

Room Tip: Away from the parking area

We recently stayed here on a Saturday night. The hotel is very tired and old fashioned. The room we paid $219 for looked over a footpath and at a brick wall. We hadn't planned on having dinner there but unfortunately it ended up that way and we ate in the large, very brightly lit room with only one other couple. The fire would have added some atmosphere but was not lit. The food was ordinary at best. I would not recommend this accomodation and feel that the rate we were charged was excessive for the quality.

Visited Berida Manor with a group of 20 golfing women
Weather not conducive to playing golf but Matthew went out of his way to help us arrange alternative activities
We found staff helpful from our first contact arranging our trip and throughout our stay
Breakfasts were good
Rooms were large and comfortable
The Manor is charming befitting its title with lots of atmosphere and great lounge areas for a group to meet
Pool gym and spa are an addittional surprise
