“Nice park, good spot”
Reviewed 2 November 2012

W had a great site on the water, but found the people either side of us were together so they were constantly walking through our site to talk to each other and a lot late at night. Very rude and frustrating. The park was nice and clean and in a great spot. The man at the front desk was very lovely. The sites were tight to get into but all in all great park.

Room Tip: Great if you can get a river site.

If you want a special place to stay on the north coast of NSW do not miss this park.
Friend of ours recommended this park and said don`t miss it.
As frequent caravaners we found this place to be outstanding, old but very clean toilets and showers, pub and shops accross the road.Staff very friendly and ask for waterfront sites 1.2.3 or 4.We will be back

This caravan park is located right in the heart of town. It is very clean and tidy. We stayed on a site close to the cabins and close to the front of the park. We had a lovely view across the Brunswick River. The only downside to our site was it would get very windy as the wind would come up the river. Sites further to the rear of the park would be more protected from the wind, however, they are under the shade of pine trees, which would likely drop sap all over your van/tents.
The amenities are clean and adequate for the size of the park.
The management are very nice, and the children were never an issue riding their bikes and/or scooters around.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay here with my family much more than I thought I would, and would be happy to visit this park again.

We are staying with a toddler for a week in cabin 2. Perfect spot, our riverfront cabin is right at the footbridge that leads to the beach, but we're spending most of our time around the river. We're metres from an (ok) playground and an (awesome) cafe on the corner that serves great food and coffee from 6.30am, perfect with an early rising toddler! The cabin isn't huge but is super clean and perfectly comfortable. The BBQ and outdoor setting are perfect on the front deck, looking over the river. Perfect location, easy walk to everything, no hesitation in recommending.

We had a night's stopover here on the way home from a long trip.
It was just lovely! We are a family of 5 so that extra child provides challenges for accommodation. Even though they didn't have any cabins left for sleeping 5, they organised for a portable bed to be brought into the cabin for the evening so we could stay there. This was really going the extra mile! The gentleman who organised everything for us was friendly and so very helpful!
The cabin was clean and tidy and looked fresh and new!
We want to come back again - for longer next time - the cabins would suit a longer stay very well!
Overall, this was just excellent!

The cabins were very clean and it was a perfect family get away. Totally worth it best cabin I've ever stayed at. P.s. lots of things to do see the birds at the front!!!
