The studio apartment was great with the extra living area space with the day bed and table and bar fridge. A separate entrance off the front verandah was a bonus.
Virginia was very friendly and helpful. Guesthouse outside living areas are very relaxing.
Short walk into town to shop or have something to eat from the wide variety of cafes and eating places.
Also just down the road is the Pighouse flicks to see a movie and then be able to eat at the Brewery right next door to the cinema.
The beach is close by and next to the surf club. Other beaches are a short drive or longer walk - The Pass - a great café.or Wategos and walk up the path to the famous Byron Bay lighthouse to see the whales and get a coffee from the café.
I always enjoy a trip to Byron, such a diversity of people and activities. Now I have experienced Barbara's Guesthouse I look forward to a return visit and stay
