The other reviewers are right, this really is an exceptional B&B. We spent 2 nights with Paul and Sam and had a lovely time.

On arrival we met Paul who made us feel instantly welcome, explained everything to us such as security gates, car parking, breakfast process etc. We even had some freshly baked muffins and chocolates waiting for us.

The rooms are immaculately clean, newly decorated and well thought out with an amazing amount of extras that you wouldn't find in the best hotels - beach chairs and a beach shade tent for example.

As there are two rooms, each room has their own drawers in the kitchen and own space in the fridge. All condiments, cutlery, plates etc are provided as well as milk which was replaced daily and filtered water.

The breakfast was excellent and definitely recommended. It was left in our fridge for us in the morning and was an assortment of fresh fruit, bread, croissants, yoghurt and juice which more than fill you up. I'm sure this is the best value breakfast you can find in Byron.

Location of Byron Bathers is excellent and only 5 minutes form the beach and the main streets, but tucked down a quiet laneway so that you aren't distured. There is also a lovely little pool, which as there are only two rooms on the property you can pretty much have to yourself.

They really have thought of everything here plus extras for good measure. Paul and Sam really go out of their way to make you feel welcome, even seeing us off when we left.

I wouldn't hesitate in returning or recommending Byron Bathers.

One of the best B&B experiences we have ever had. Paul and 'Sam' are such friendly, warm and welcoming hosts. They made us feel very at home and comfortable from the moment we arrived to our departure.

Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious, with lots of space to hang up/put away clothes and travel items. We enjoyed a breakfast of fresh fruit, toast with avocado and tomato, muesli and yogurt and juice as well as an assortment of muffins and snacks throughout our trip.

Paul and 'Sam' have covered all the details that you can think of and strive to give their guests a memorable experience; from the organised binder full of local market dates/times, restaurant suggestions/options and in room welcome note to their accessibility and willingness to help out they truly made our experience a very happy one.

We would definitely recommend Byron Bathers to anyone staying in the area who is looking for a superb location, relaxed vibe and lovely hosts.

i can't imagine being more impressed with a b&b as i was with byron bathers. the lovely hosts paul and sam really know what they are doing and are so professional and friendly.

location - doesn't get better, in the heart of byron but, being down a quiet laneway, it escapes the chaos and noise. walk to everything - beach, cafes, juice bar, shops.

house - a sunny yellow timber beach house. beautifully decorated, delightful communal areas such as the pool and outdoor sofas. nice touches such as fresh fruit, magazines, movies. rooms are downstairs, with hosts living upstairs. you feel like you're their special guest and it's actually nice to hear the sounds of life upstairs. they are very respectful or your privacy and have an uncanny knack of appearing only when you need them.

rooms - there are only 2 rental rooms so it's very quiet. the kitchen is outside the rooms, so easy to get a cup of tea at night. enormous rooms with everything you didn't even know you needed - umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels. luxury bathroom, excellent bedlinen and towels, in fact excellent quality everything, right down to the cutlery.

i would stay here again, no question. yes byron bay is an expensive town, so this is excellent value for money. thanks paul and sam for getting it so right and for being great hosts.

Room Tip: both rooms are excellent

Sorry A. for the delay in replying to your review. We have got to get used to all this replying to a review business, we are rather slack in that department!!! We were so happy that you enjoyed your stay with us & hope that you got the respite you needed. We do aim to give our guests their privacy & quiet time ... by the sound of it we managed to do that albeit we must admit there was a little extra ordinary noise coming from upstairs due to our 'family reunion' while you were here. Glad to hear this didn't interfere with your enjoyment. It was lovely to have met you & we hope we'll see you again.

Our stay at Byron Bathers was wonderful! I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a low key, private and very comfortable stay for two in Byron Bay.
Paul & Sam are lovely hosts and while I don’t want to reveal any of their surprises, they make you feel extremely welcome and spoilt – what a great way to feel on your holiday.
We were in Byron for Splendour in the Grass – or more like Splendour in the MUD. Having a beautiful bath to relax my weary bones after a 3 day festival was just wonderful and their tips on great places to eat nearby was always spot on.
The room was clean, spacious and had great luxury touches (the bed was AMAZING!). The kitchen was also very easy to use and with the colour coding for the rooms, we felt in control of our space.
I have already been recommending people to Byron Bathers, so I thought I would share with the TripAdvisor community as well.

It is so hard to find a place to stay in Byron for one night. Luckily we emailed Byron Bathers in the hope they could do just one night even though it's a 3 night minimum. What a find, so nicely done and so quiet even though it is right in the centre of town.
The breakfast that they leave you in the fridge is awesome along with your supply of tim tam's.
Would definitely stay here again.
