Stayed here for one night on our way south from Sydney. It was advertised as a B&B, so we were more than a little surprised to discover it is actually a bedroom in a (lovely) couple's home. The room itself was of a higher standard than one might normally expect for the price ($210/night for the double room), with lovely linen, towels, condition etc, but we personally would have preferred the privacy and anonymity of a regular hotel/motel/B&B. Going to the bathroom meant crossing a hallway exposed to the living room where the owners were watching TV, and we felt the need to keep our noise level low as the TV could be heard inside our room.
This property may suit a lone traveller who doesn't mind a bit of company, or a couple/family who value the quality of the room over privacy/anonymity. The house is new and modern, and the view from the balcony goes some way to justifying the price of admission. But again, this balcony is part of someone's living room, and that someone will likely be there while you enjoy it.
The owners were very polite, friendly and accommodating, and presumably in their fifties.
Personally we would not return, but if you don't mind that it's a room in someone's home then we would recommend it.
