We found ourselves in Kurri Kurri on a hot Monday with no lunch available at the pubs or Workers Club. The Gold Sing came to the rescue with lunch specials for the price of a sandwich ($7.80). What a surprise the Mongolian beef melted in the mouth (fillet?) and the chicken was equally tender. Along with crispy vegetables and fried rice and a beer for $4 this was a perfect lunch for the day - and air-conditioning as well. This restaurant is not sophisticated but it's the food that counts.
