A 5 course, set menu for $75 is extremely good value at the best of times and the food was stunning.
Some very unique servings of wonderful food, these chefs are exceptional.
Service was top notch and the ladies are to be congratulated.
Wine prices a little high, but given the quality of the meal and a free cocktail or beer on arrival means we were happy to pay $52 for a bottle (there were some cheaper).
We rate this as in our top 5 meals we have ever enjoyed - a must do at Lord Howe, but make sure you book in advance as it is a small place and best we found on the island.

We have been at Arajilla lodge and restaurant for 4 days and the place was fantastic and the food really very good. Every day it is possible to choose between 2 plates (normally fish or meat) but the quality of the food and the presentation of the plates it is really amazing.
It is an international cuisine with some french inspiration, the food looks always nice and the quality of fish, meat and vegetables it is always very fresh and unique.
We stay in Australia for 2 weeks but the Arajilla was one of our favorites restaurant.

We visited Arajilla on our first night on the island. The decor and surroundings were beautiful and the staff very efficient and friendly.
It's probably one of the more expensive restaurants( a little more than some others ) but having said that the food was excellent. ...Smallish servers ( which leaves room for desert !) but very well cooked and presented.
Having only arrived on the island that day and due to go out on a fishing charter first thing in the morning we had no breakfast provisions. The lovely waitress made us up a little breakfast parcel ( for a small fee) but it was most appreciated.

Loved the food - most upmarket restaurant on the island that we tried. Approx $100 per head including wine but it was a truly special and memorable evening.
