I was warmly welcomed by the owners of this establishment, they were very helpful.
The room was neat, clean & tidy
Breakfast was plentiful and checkout was hassle free.
I would defiantly book here to stay again

The owners/reception were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms and furniture were a bit old fashioned but everything was spotlessly clean, particularly the kitchen area and equipment. The location was handy, near to shops and restaurants and helpful guide left in the room gives details and numbers of home delivery. Hubby couldn't access the free WIFI. Overall the room is basic but has everything needed for a few nights stay and the area was relaxing.

Very nice owners who were accommodating and welcoming.
Rooms a little dated, but it's a Comfort Inn, so three-star standard is acceptable, and this is usual for Comfort Inns.
Free WIFI didn't work for me - for some reason I couldn't connect. No problem, I used my USB stick anyway.
Local restaurants deliver to the rooms which was great on a cold, rainy night.
Very clean and comfortable.
Only small issue is that there's only free-to-air TV in the rooms, and I think in 2012 Foxtel / Ausstar should be a minimum expectation of a three-star-and-above hotel. All other Comfort Inns I've stayed in recently have had at least a few pay TV channels. Minor point, though.
Nice and quiet here too which is good for sleeping.
Would recommend for people looking for good value accommodation whilst on the road.

Our road trip from Melbourne to Sydney was only 3 nights long - our stay here at sea spray was the best on the trip. This place was clean, tidy, spacious and in a good location. The service was very friendly and helpful! I'd recommend this place to others, and for the best meal go to the RSL, fab!

Very spacious rooms with easy check in and check out. I would thoroughly recommend this place for travellers, bot ONLY if you're a smoker.

We couldn't leave our windows open because of guests from a room 2 doors down who sat outside it and smoked almost the whole time we were there. This was compounded when their visitors lit up too!

However, they weren't just satisfied with polluting the room area, they then moved to the BBQ area and took it over with their foul stench to the extent that non-one else could go there, another female guest who had been sitting there happily working on her lap yop had to move.

The people in the executive suites down the other end of the builing must have been on the end of the windrift, as I heard them complaining about the unpleasantlness of the smoke as well and they too had to vacate their balcony and go inside.

Fortunately this large group of smokers went somewhere else for dinner, which did allow us to use the fabulous BBq facilities (some of the cleanest and best we came across in a month of travelling) and we were finally able to enjoy some fresh air; not for long though - back they came and lit up outside their room which was very close to the BBQ area and we had to retreat tio our room, close up and put the air con on.

The bed was comfortable, but guess what we had for breakfast? yep, that's right. More cigareete smoke stench. This was also overwhelming the whole time we were trying to pack our car.

This motel has a lot going for it, but there needs to be a designated smoking area well away from the rooms and the BBQ area, so that the stay of a moptel full of guests isn't ruined by the habits of the occupants of just one room.

Room Tip: Check to see if smoking policy/location has been changed before you book!

A budget motel with an extra touch of quality. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Good position just on the edge of the town and in walking distance of the restaurants.
