This is a terrific place to stay: perfect location, comfortable accommodation, welcoming hosts, lovely lakeside walk into town and really lovely restaurant on-site. I agree with the numerous positive sentiments penned by previous reviewers. We will definitely be back.

We stopped by pure chance here after finding the hotel details in a local magazine. We had stayed in some very average places for the same price so we apprehensive when we arrived. We were pleased to be very wrong and did not need to be apprehensive at all. The hotel was absolutely fantastic. The rooms was huge, with an amazing bathroom and an enormous dressing room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was so clean it gleamed. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed (the first time ever we were told) so we could not sample the food (which sounded fab from the menu), but Robyn (the owner) made us breakfast on our veranda the next morning and it was superb - fit for a king! The pool was gorgeous and well screened from the rooms. I really have nothing bad to say about this place. If we had not been on a mad dash to Sydney we would definitely have stayed longer. Robyn was so welcoming and helpful and made us feel very special. LOVED it!

Room Tip: Try to get one of the rooms with a veranda overlooking the lake. Awesome sunsets!

This was the first stop on our 11 day honeymoon...its was lovely, the self contained cottages were excellent well appointed and very comfortable ...love deck front and back..not far from town and the restaurant on site is wonderful...we dined there every night of our four night stay and also had breakfast there...when we were up early for a fishing carter Rebecca from the restaurant was nice enough to organise some bread and condiments for us to have in the morning ...A beautiful tranquil place with beautiful gardens and friendly staff ....

We found this place using trip advisor for a relaxing break on our motorcycle trip down through the Sapphire Coast. It is in an excellent location for great views and tranquility. Not far outside of the main town, but we ended up chilling at the resort for a day. The associated restaurant was great and we both had seafood, which was cooked perfectly. Breakfast the following morning was included and also at the restaurant. Again, great! Would go again for longer.

After after always having stayed at accommodation in Boydtown, we were forced to look elsewhere because the hotel was fully booked. Thank goodness for that. What a wonderful discovery Robyn's Nest has been. We enjoyed an all too short stay and appreciated everything from the service to the quality of the property. The serene picturesque surrounds helped us unwind and at the end we just wanted more time. We will certainly return. The young couple running the restaurant on the premises were polite and we enjoyed gorgeous food including lavender scented cheesecake made with lavender from the property. Good for them. We wish them the very best.

Not only is the place set up on the magnificent waterfront, the sounds of the Bellbirds just made you feel the experience. Our hosts were very pleasant, make sure you test Robyn's Fruit Buns, they are to die for. Thank you for a great night, and by the way the bed & pillows are very comfortable. I hade a great nights sleep.

Well what can I say Robyns Nest is a really Unique Special place to stay!
The rooms are lovely and the views spectacular, you feel like you are on your own little
Island far away from the crowds of tourists, although once you leave the estate it is only 5 mins to the centre of Merimbula. there is a Tennis Court and Pool and beautiful walks. They now have a restaurant and the food is great! I would highly recommend Robyn's Nest to anyone who loves the finer things in life!

Room Tip: Rooms are lovely
