Stayed here recently as a stop over on our way to Melbourne. I had read the reviews on TripAdvisor previously and based on the ravings, this was going to be our first choice of places to stay around Raymond Terrace. Upon arriving, we were served and checked in by the guy owner (can't remember his name) but he was friendly enough. The standard room that we had was probably a little overpriced at $129 a night. The room consisted of a queen size bed, dresser, table and chairs, tv, mini kitchenette and separate bathroom. It was a good size room for a one night stay. The room did include free continental breakfast, however breakfast started from 7am and as this was a stop over on a very long trip, we left before 7am and therefore unfortunately could not utilise this feature. Other than that, the room was clean, had friendly service but was a touch overprice - I would expect to pay these types of prices within the city.
