Possibly the best Pizza I have ever eaten. Recommend the Peeking Duck and Tandoori Chicken. The entree Pizzas were exceptional, but the absolute highlight was the Chocolate fudge cake dessert. Well worth a visit.

“Title implies fast, cheap 'n' average Pizza - sooo the opposite!”
Reviewed 6 August 2014

Pizza's in The Mist, is more like fine dining, white crisp table clothes, smiling well trained waitstaff, and did I mention the Gnocchi? ( devine and cooked to perfection - no mushy here!), not just pizza, far from it. Artworks on walls (not Italian street scape murals), cosy warm temp indoors on a chilly Winter's night, atmosphere perfect.
I may be biased as I was there there for my belated birthday, and I was teen free so just Hubby and I, and the glass of red did go to my head, but I wasn't imagining the service, taste of the food, and the artistic presentation of the meals.
I was amazed to find such a place tucked away in a sleepy country town - so amazed, like the 21 or so artists living in the area, I'm thinking of joining them.
Waking to the green (even though they say they've had not rain) rolling hills and remembering my evening out did cement it for me.
I'll be back to Robertson, not just for the 'not just pizza' menu, the Babe (filmed there; not in the holdings, outside) views in the surrounds, the great cafe up the street (another review) and the lovely, friendly people.
Oh, the desert - tipsy on 1 glass of red, semi focused on the menu, not sure if it was described there, but I got a shock at the art that 'tasted as good as it looked' when it arrived at my table. Pic enc.
Hubby, yes, hubby, he was there too - he did choose pizza, woodfired, vegetarian - said mmmm, and arghmmm and the like, crispy not soggy base, not too thick, normal amount of cheese and generous and varied veges, onions and garlic added to spice - perfect.

“Gourmet Pizza Sensation”
Reviewed 10 June 2014

Tommy & Belinda have been serving excellent meals for years now and it is amazing that the quality of food, service and friendliness never changes. It shows their passion in what they are doing. Peking Duck Pizza! - the only way to go. It is food for the gods. You will think it is a bit expensive for pizza, but you haven't tasted pizza like it.

“Warm place, tasty food”
Reviewed 31 May 2014

If you really want to eat here on a weekend, make sure you book, otherwise like us (the first time) you'll be turned away. They have plenty of seats, but get very busy on weekends. easy to find on the main street through Robertson, on a street corner in a lovely old building well restored. In the cooler months it's warm and inviting. Park on the main street.

Staff are friendly and squeezed us in - if you have no reservation get there early and they might have a table for you. Despite the name they do some nice pasta dishes; my partner's chicken and avocado was great. And there are very many different pizzas, from the traditional margherita to the Indian and Chinese, including the traditional Aussie with bacon and eggs.

The pizzas are served on a stand on the table, looks good, especially from the outside looking in. The food was tasty, although the prices are maybe a little more than one might expect, even for a very good pizza. Our pasta, pizza and 2 soft drinks cost us $53. Service was fast and efficient and there was a good bar with plenty of variety, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. We'll be back (but will make a reservation).
