Stayed 1 night...31 July '14. Couldn't find a nicer motel if I tried. Lodgings were excellent and so clean. The hosts were most helpful and the on-site Thai restaurant is a must try. Will be going back.

Stayed here for a few weeks and found the motel to be comfortable, very friendly staff and close to shops, Beach, restaurants. They have a Thai restaurant attached to the motel which does charge back and has excellent food. The only negative complaint I have is that the air conditioning had problems. It is controlled by the motel and you cannot adjust it up or down. They need to rectify the problem quick, or they will loose custom.

We did a walk in on this hotel and was pleasantly surprised with the price of a Spa Room and the size and cleanliness of the room, it was also the last room available on the day..
The staff are terrific and very friendly. And as mentioned in other reviews the onsite Thai restaurant is great as well. There are plenty of eateries etc in the village.

Room Tip: Book before arriving as we only got the last room available.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was big, the shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. I chose it for the reasonable rate, NOT for the grumpy man who took my booking and insisted I pay upfront The nights were chilly but the heater was difficult to turn on and regulate (another encounter with grumpy man) and only one blanket. Woke up to being cold not good enough. Thai restaurant on site was handy and delicious. A microwave in the room would have saved me going out for breakfast both days. Improve your customer service, add more blankets and a microwave, and clear instructions beside heater would lift the whole experience.

We stayed 2 nights and found our room was clean and spacious. We would have stayed longer & used this hotel as our base if we hadn't already previously booked other accommodation down the coast. Even though the location was not scenic, it was close to great little restaurants and cafes around the corner in Addison Street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back to this hotel.

Room Tip: We stayed on the ground level and would request this again next time, as we don't like the idea...

We were very happy with this motel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and very reasonably priced. Nice decor, charming setting.

The adjoining Thai restaurant was great - nice ambiance, excellent service, great food and very reasonably priced.

Very good accommodation in the nice little seaside Shellharbour village, not scenic, but convenient. an easy walk from the beach and several cafes and restaurants. Its also 15-20 mins from most places in the area (eg Kiama). Large room (Spa room) with separate sitting room. We slept well. Bathroom was huge. Only downside was the aircon runs at 18 degrees and cannot be set at any other temp, so the choice is off or on. There is only one window in number 18, so the options for air and light were limited (but also made it quiet). We had no problem parking.
