We found this menu really interesting with such an emphasis on Australian produce and "bush tucker". There is so much thought put into the ingredients, the tastes and the presentation, that the whole experience was a delight. The prices are very similar to other restaurants in Thredbo and you really feel you're getting value for money. The Emu Rilette was superb, Buffalo Tenderloin, and the caramel mousse!! We had 3 courses and couldn't finish them all.
Segreto feels private, cosy and is a relief from the traditional "mountain food" served in so many restaurants in ski resorts. Next time I'm in Thredbo I'm definitely going back to Segreto it was great!
