At seasons we eventually enjoyed a lovely meal. There aren't a lot of options for dining when staying at the Mercure Sydney Airport and I eat here with a degree of trepidation, as this restaurant has previously been very ordinary.
Our meal today started out a little shaky. The evening was quiet, the menu is not huge but our entrées took a long time to arrive. Our waiter apologised profusely for the delay in the delivery of our entrées and insisted on providing us with complementary glasses of wine.
Wine serves here are very ample. All in all, the meal was great.
The breakfast buffet here has a little more choice than the average hotel. Here there is a large Asian clientèle and whilst the restaurant lacks a chef to cook a bespoke omelette or whatever you would like, the eclectic offering is a good opportunity to sample other cuisines. Recommended.
