The tour started with a short movie and a pleasant greeting from the host. The museum contained a lot of information about Jim Thorpe, its people and the coal industry which made it go.
After the movie ,we toured the museum. The host was very polite and offered his services throughout.
The fee is nominal and you can spend an hour or so by reading all the displays.
