The room was clean, though it had a strange, chemical kind of smell that was most noticeable in the bed. The toilet rocked on its base, which was annoying. Had difficulty accessing the WiFi; there were no instructions that I could find. The bed was very comfortable! I turned off the AC at night as it was too noisy.More
We were traveling with a Softball team. There are no refrigerators in the rooms and the pool is your regular backyard pool. This hotel doesn't provide breakfast which would have been handy with softball games in the morning.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times on business and always receive good service, a clean room, and a nice breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located near King of Prussia mall and room rates are reasonable. I plan to stay here again, though I also enjoy staying at the Embassy Suites located a few miles south.

Great location, restaurant, and accommodations. First time to stay at this location for a business trip and would stay here again. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the warm chocolate chip cookies were awesome.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. Quick & smooth check in and check out; cookies where just ok; friendly and helpful staff; clean & modern room as expected; besides the room service not being that great, I can't really complain.

Room wasn't ready for 3 hours after arrival. No explanation, No comps. They lied about how long it would take. Blamed it on the house-keeping dept. . Decaf coffee in cheesy little coffee maker and no high-test or even bottled water in room.. Shower was very strange. I had to enter the shower to turn water on, only to get blasted by Ice cold water.Terrible design. Poor ventilation in Bathroom as well..Restaurant was pretty good. The front desk had a very difficult time handling their work load. No bus boys?? Really?? Parking was way too far from main entrance and way too many handicap spots that were empty. Luckily for me, A rep group picked up the tab for the room. I would have disputed the charges on my credit card. Shame on you Hilton Double what ever you are. Give me embassy Suites next time.... Please.
