“Quick stop shopping”
Reviewed 11 August 2013

Not as big in area or selection as some of the other outlets in this area but the deals are good, the area is clean and well manicured.

“not worth it”
Reviewed 3 August 2013

Many of the stores closed up and moved out. There are a few to browse in such as Van Heusen, Coach and Jones New York. They are still expensive, not outlet prices. You can go across the street to the boutiques of Peddlers Village and their eateries. That might make your trip to Penn's Purchase worth it.

“Still There - But Barely”
Reviewed 2 August 2013

Even though this place has hit hard times, we still check out some of the stores that are left like Bass or Orvis and often get some great deals. Hope things improve.

“Good, revival possible”
Reviewed 21 July 2013

The selection of stores has diminished over the years, but there are still some good buys. Discussions are underway for a full revival. The following stores are still operational: Coach, 9 West, Brooks Brothers, Orvis, Gymboree, Easy Spirit, Bass, Van Heusen, Jones, and Hanes. There's a nice bistro, Cafe Galleria available, a nail place and an Italian restaurant.

“It was good...Good parking for Peddler's Village”
Reviewed 13 May 2013

I have visited these stores many time over the last 15 years. On my last trip here in May 2013, most of the stores had closed. Most stores are vacant and the store directory had not been updated in some time. I spent a lot of time walking around looking for stores that were closed.

For many of the stores I went in, I was the only customer in the store.

The only redeeming value to this place is that you can park here and walk across the street to Peddler's Village where it is difficult to find parking. It appears that 90% of the people parked in the lot were going across the street to Peddler's Village.
