My girlfriend took me to Lancaster for my 50th birthday. That was all I knew. Expecting a simple hotel, I was astonished to see this beautiful early 1900's Bed & Breakfast. We stayed in the upstairs of the cottage in the Fennel room. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The ground were beautifully landscaped and the main house's decor was nothing short of stunning. The choice of color was done perfectly. The home has so much history, I just fell in love with the moldings and carved trim. But, the best part of the whole experience, were the caretakers Kieth and Brad. Kieth was very informing and very gracious. Going over and beyond to make our experience a great one. Brad was very entertaining and personable. You can tell from the moment you meet them, they love what they do and their guests. The breakfast just blew me away. Brad's culinary skills come through with flying colors. We were served an asparagus and peas quiche that was so delicious, that we raved about it all day. From beginning to end, this was an outstanding stay, and I am telling everyone about it and I will definitely be back.

You two were such a joy to serve and talk with. We're so happy you celebrated your 50th with us, and perhaps a future birthday blowout is in order at The Lancaster! Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us. All the best to you and Jersey this summer, Keith and Brad

Even if you are not a fan of Pennsylvania Dutch country and Amish culture (each of which is great, but both of which have become far too touristy), Lancaster is a great place to visit. The downtown is very nice, and there are some great new restaurants. Even better is to avoid the chain hotels along the Lincoln Highway and stay at the Lancaster Bed & Breakfast. The hosts are the best that I have seen. They have beautiful rooms, and the breakfasts are superb -- one of the hosts teaches cooking classes, so you know that he can put some good food on the table!

My husband I went to the Lancaster Bed& Breakfast to relax and unwind. Happy to say that is just what we got plus...Brad & Keith are so passionate about their B&B they have educated themselves on every aspect of the area and were able to answer every question we had. The breakfast was an art form, perfectly delicious. Highly recommend you stay.

My wife and I just returned home from a 3 night stay at the Lancaster BnB. This was our first stay at a bed and breakfast, so we were a little skeptical at first.

The house, cottage and grounds are well kept and absolutely beautiful. Our room in the cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. The large room had a full bath, satellite TV, sitting area and guest refrigerator just out side the door. The Inn Keepers, Keith and Brad, did their very best to make our stay a memorable one. They are some of the most hospitable people we have ever met! They did an outstanding job making us feel at home in their BnB. The experience was unlike staying at a hotel...so much more welcoming, cozy, fun! In fact, this will be the only place we stay when in the area. The breakfast! Simply put...It was the best breakfast we've ever eaten! Brad has a passion for cooking and is definitely shows! All the food was prepared on site using fresh, local and mostly organic ingredients.

We will be back! The Lancaster BnB will most definitely be our only choice when staying in the Lancaster area from now on.

Room Tip: All the rooms here are fantastic, but the rooms in the "cottage" have central air and heat...

We have only spent one night there, but we were given a very detailed introduction to the whole b&b's infrastructure. Very cosy living room, office and sweets everywhere. The decoration is very tasteful and everything is very clean. Both of our rooms were very confortable. The breakfast was prepared with a lot of attention and we spent a good time having a chat with the owners.
