Our third time staying at this B&B and we still can't get enough of the deliciously, satisfying breakfasts and warmth & comfort of our room.

We are grateful for the attention to details in decor; for the inn keepers' immense knowledge on the area guiding us deeper into Lancaster's history and wonderful surroundings; and for the warm welcome, conversations, and laughter.

My husband and I look forward to visiting again very soon!

You guys! I regret not responding sooner to your review. You are more than return guests now, of course. Now that we've had dinner together, you have to help with dishes next time! Just kidding, but Its so nice to count you as friends now. Give our best to your kids, and to your moms for giving you time to getaway from the city! All the best, Keith and Brad

We stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't have been more pleased. Brad & Keith do a remarkable job with making you feel right at home. The bed was very comfortable with the nicest sheets we've ever slept on. (I even asked them where I could buy some). Brad even irons the sheets!!!
They help with advise on what to see or not see in the area ane have info on the places they recommend. The place is very clean and great for relaxing in the living room!!
Now about the breakfasts....you will be "wowed"!!!!! Each morning you will awaken to the great aroma of something very special cooking. Brads recipes are extraordinary. Each of the 5 mornings was different and soooo tasty. You will not need to eat lunch!!!! Brad is a superb chef and is soon to start a cooking school!!! I will never forget the breakfasts.
Keith and Brad do all the work and the place shows their special touch!!!!
The place rates #1 in PA and # 7 in the US.
If you want to learn about the Amish culture, Brad is a great help.
The location is great because it is central to many of the attractions!!!!
Good luck and I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.
(stay 4 nights and the 5th is free.......a great deal no matter how long you stay)

Thank You, Both for your generous words. When our guest take advantage of our fifth night free I worry that they will get bored with the Inn, us or thew food. Guest as friendly and gracious as you both make it feel like family leaving after five days. You both make it easy to treat you like friends, you now are! We hope we will see again sometime and we will share a meal in any of the great food spots you shared with is in NH should we make it your way. Thank you again for your stay and words, Brad & Keith, The Lancaster BnB

If you love bed and breakfasts and you are looking for one in Lancaster - look no further than this place. The home is extremely well cared for, clean and beautiful - the inside and the grounds outside. Keith and Brad are just awesome hosts. Yummy cookies, a study with computer and internet, comfortable bedding, gourmet breakfast...these are just some of the amenities that make you feel like you are at home but only better! My hisband and I were there for a wedding at the Rockford Plantation conveniently located just a stone's throw away. They are located close to everything, shopping just a few miles, Amish country just the other way! I love this home and cannt wait to return for a longer weekend in the near future! Thank you Brad and Keith for your superb hospitality!!!

Debbie, you make me blush, if that is possible...TOO KIND. I will quote you and you don't need to prove to me that you have stayed in every BnB on the planet to know for sure, but you give me reasons to keep doing what we are doing. THANK YOU! Come again and stay with us. Yours Brad & Keith, The Lancaster BnB (sorry it took me so long to respond)

This wonderful guesthouse was, indeed, the highlight of our Amish country visit. In early April we visited Brad and Keith in their beautifully restored home. Not only do they provide clean and comfortable facilities, but they do it with charm and hospitality which is rather uncommon in our hectic, impersonal world. Brad is a terrific cook who prepares amazing breakfasts and treats you to his own life's stories and adventures. Keith is always ready with advice, maps, addresses and phone numbers. They are an unbeatable team.

Room Tip: We were 2 couples and stayed in the cottage which gave us complete privacy.

We had a wonderful stay while visiting our daughter at F&M College. The Lancaster B & B should be listed in the 'how-to-for b & bs'. So lovely, so lively, so comfortable, so welcoming, so delicious, so perfect. We felt right at home. We stayed in the Clove room which was cozy and had the most comfortable bed. The two breakfasts we had were amazing! Really amazing! We highly recommend this exceptional bed and breakfast and look forward to our next visit!

What a perfect weekend Get-A-Way we just experienced, staying here at the L B&B. Brad and Keith were wonderful hosts - being very knowledgable of the area and sharing their knowledge and suggestions on where to go and what to see. The room (the Hawthorne) was beautiful as was the entire house. The breakfasts' were delicious as well. You can tell that Brad and Keith really love what they do and it shows. We would definitely go back in the future and HIGHLY recommend this as the B&B to go to in Lancaster.
