We usually stay in a hotel when we are in town. We visit here frequently because our son attends college in Lancaster. i wish we had found this place 4 years ago. It was amazing and homey and clean. The food was outstanding! the room was large and uncluttered and very comfortable. the grounds were lovely and inviting. The owners thought of everything. My husband and i always say we don't vacation too often because our home is quite nice. But our experience here was exceptional.

My husband planned a weekend away, and I must admit I was leery, but when we arrived at the Lancaster Inn Bed & Breakfast I was pleasantly surprised. He could not have booked a better place to stay. Our room was beautiful and welcoming and Brad and Keith are amazing Inn Keepers. We arrived as strangers and left feeling like we had made lifelong friends. We will staying again in the near future.

If you're coming to Lancaster, or visiting any of the surrounding areas, I cannot reccomend a better place to stay than The Lancaster Bed and Breakfast. My wife and I and our 2 daughters just enjoyed a terrific stay here while visiting Amish country and Hershey Park.

We've stayed at many wonderful BnB's (and some not so wonderful), and I can honestly say that The Lancaster is one of the best experiences we've ever had. The innkeepers, Brad and Keith, could not be more friendly, helpful and accommodating. They give you an easy feeling, like you're simply friends staying in their home. We enjoyed two amazing gourmet breakfasts during our stay, prepared with fresh organic products. We're grateful that they went out of their way to accomodate our preferences.

The Inn itself is beautiful. The decor is charming and cozy. Even though this is a historic home, all of the amenities are up to date, and in great working order. There is a comfortable living room stocked with books and board games which we enjoyed hanging out in at night. There is a beautiful, somewhat secluded porch, with a swing seat for relaxing. There's also a tranquil garden with comfortable seating and a nice running fountain and pond.

We stayed in adjoining rooms, with a comfortable queen sized bed in our room, and 2 nice double beds in our daughter's room. The bedding is nice quality, and there are plenty of pillows and blankets. We shared an immaculately clean, large private bathroom.

Brad and Keith have go the extra yard to provide ample resources about the area. They've composed a convenient bedside book detailing the best (and worst) places to eat, and the local attractions, etc...Since they've made it their business to visit all of these places themselves, they can advise about these places from first hand knowledge.

We will not hesitate to visit again when we're coming to the area. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Room Tip: All of the rooms are clean and comfortable. You can't go wrong because the Innkeepers maintain a...

Stayed 2nights and enjoyed it immensely. The hosts were gracious, welcoming, helpful and very funny. They made us feel at home from the moment we crossed the threshold. The room was very comfortable and not over done as some B&Bs can be.
The best part is yet to come.....the breakfast. This is not your run of the mill granola and casserole offering, but a full fledged gourmet meal. The first morning my wife mentioned that she was a breakfast treat person which led to a discussion of scones. The next morning we had homemade blueberry scones as well as shrimp&grits with poached eggs. The servings were large and delicious. As we were leaving, Brad gave us 2 scones for the road.
Highly recommended and know everyone will enjoy their stay.

What an incredible place!! From the gorgeous house, to the fantastic food and the unmeasured "hosts", this B&B was no less than amazing! Brad and Keith make you feel right at home, teaching you all about Lancaster and sharing great stories. I could have hung out with them all day! And the food...delicious! The fruit tossed with a lemon and ginger glaze was out of this world! You will not leave hungry :).
This will definitely be my new "go to" for a weekend away. Don't think twice...BOOK IT! Thanks Brad and Keith for a wonderful stay.
