The food at Rice and Noodles is pretty tasty, with plenty to choose from - a rather large menu given the size of the place. The dining room seats maybe 30 people. All of the dishes are reasonably priced, and given the amount of food you actually get, it's a bit of a bargain. Good proof that Lancaster has branched out from the old days of PA Dutch cooking, everywhere, all the time.
