Description: Just a few steps from the newly built Marriott Hotel & Convention Center, you'll find Annie Bailey's Traditional Irish Pub & Restaurant. It is Lancaster's only authentic irish pub and one of the favorite dining destinations in the county. Annie Bailey's is a pub for all ages and has become a staple in downtown Lancaster. We have created an atmosphere that you can meet here for Happy Hour with your co-workers and also bring your family in for dinner on a Saturday evening or Brunch on a Sunday afternoon. The menu offers the traditional Irish Fare as well some modern American cuisine. Our extensive beer selection has earned awards in the county and you'll find some great whiskeys on our shelves. The Pub is modeled in the Victorian Dublin style, which complements the Victorian-era building built in 1890 in which it is housed. This Lancaster landmark was previously occupied by the famous men's clothing store of Sayers, Scheid & Sweeton. The pub was constructed in Carrick on Suir, Co. Waterford and then shipped to Lancaster where it was assembled.

“Great Lunch at Annie Bailey's”
Reviewed 8 July 2014

We were blessed with another beautiful day in Maryland in July, so we took a Harley ride to Lancaster to do a walking tour. Before we started our tour, we stopped at Annie Bailey's for lunch. Our server was great and the drinks were too. I really liked the "Bit of Wine" drink - sweet and refreshing on a summer day. We were full after lunch so we desided to come back after our tour for the desserts that looked good. Would come back for dinner....

“good food, great prices, nice atmosphere”
Reviewed 6 July 2014

Really enjoyed this pace. Went on the recommendation of hotel staff and glad we did. We had two small kids and they were very accommodating. Food was great and good beer selection. The menu looked good, but I had to go with their hot/garlic wings. They were some of the best I've ever had. My wife enjoyed her food too. There is a nice outdoor area too.

“Yummy food, a little loud”
Reviewed 1 July 2014

Stopped in for dinner while in Lancaster,. Had a good meal, portion size was large. Good beer selection. Service was good. The bathrooms are downstairs and the waiters were up and down the stairs with huge trays which was pretty impressive. The only "negative" was that it was really loud, so it felt like our table was leaning in and yelling at each other during our meal. It was a Friday night, World Cup excitement so that probably explains it.

“Lunch While Out Walking...”
Reviewed 27 June 2014

We happened upon this bar/restaurant during our walk of Lancaster city. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and decided on lunch (grilled vegetable wrap and rueben sandwich) along with drinks. We had time to kill before a "wedding" event. Lunch was perfect and the drinks were just as wonderful. We were lucky enough to have wonderful weather so we could sit out on the patio out back of the restaurant. Our waitress was great! We ended up back at Annie Bailey's on Sunday afternoon for Bloody Mary's and it quickly turned to a lunch before the wedding later in the day (smoked salmon BLT). The smoked salmon was piled high and was just right for lunch. The Bloody Mary menu was vast -- and that hit the spot as well. The hostess and waitress remembered us from the day before and were just as pleasant.

“Great Guinness and Lunch”
Reviewed 18 June 2014

Annie pours a lot of Guinness so that the glass I had was fresh and wonderful with the proper amount of head. I had a Buffalo Chicken Salad that was large with three pieces of chicken and very tasty.
