A fun place for the little ones, they will really have a great time and you will too, watching them enjoy all the shows and fun, the pool is what the kids love so make sure to pack swimwear for everyone. Season Pass are best since one day is not enough to enjoy the entire park. Plan for a sunny day as well.

Positives are that the park is very clean and so are rides, pools and water rides. My child loved it and had a great time. However, the cons were many. The park is not run professionally. No one knows whats going on, where a ride is, how to get to this or that, where a bathroom is. On top of that most staff are rude. The are hugely understaffed and wait times for food, ice cream, photo booths, etc are ridiculous. You have to wait forever and then beg them to give them your money. Also there is ZERO decent food. Only fried stuff, burgers and crap and no table service anywhere. We were there on a Thursday and the lines to order a meal were insane at any of the places ! We waited an hour to order food in a line of 50 people and they had one person working the entire line for ordering & paying ! It was CHAOS ! Then you have to wait 20 mins for them to bring your food ! It was crazy. Nothing is cheap either ( food or admission ) and you would think with the dollars they are raking in they could hire more staff and have a decent food establishment ! We WONT BE BACK ! One good thing is we payed an extra $120+ for 3 of us for the magic queue. It was well worth it ( except when the ride attendant ignored people who did not have it and let them cut in front of us )

I researched thoroughly before our trip and it paid off. I decided not to stay at a partner hotel as many of the “perks” or deals offered at them would not have paid off for us. We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Bensalem, which was a short 10-15 minute drive from the park. Plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes of the hotel. We drove in on a Friday, went to the park on Saturday, and drove home on Sunday. I purchased the any one day tickets, a preferred parking pass, and Dine with Me lunch reservations online in advance. All of this worked out perfectly and it turned out to be the best ways to spend our money.

After having breakfast at our hotel, we headed to the park and got there right around its 10am opening. We did character photos (you can take with your own phone at no extra charge), explored the park, went to one of the shows, and rode rides until our 1:30pm lunch reservation. I had read the food at the grab and go stands was overpriced, bad, and long waits, so I opted to go with the Elmo and friends lunch. You are allowed to bring water bottles and snacks into the park so we were fine to wait until our lunch time. The lunch was a bit expensive but lots of fun and the food (buffet) was pretty good.

After lunch we watched the parade and then headed over to the water park and spent a couple hours there.

In my opinion, the only things worth spending extra money for were the preferred parking and Dine with Me lunch reservation. You could spend a ton extra on other upgrades but I don’t think they are necessary. Maybe the fast pass line skipping thing if it was busier. I think the overcast day it was kept most people away but it worked out great for us. We left the park around 5:30pm and felt we got our money’s worth. We went back to our hotel for a bit and then got dinner closer to our hotel. I guess my only complaint for the day is that we did pay for a professional family photo with Bert & Ernie but it was not great quality and came out kind of blurry. Disappointing for a $40 photo package. Overall it was a great trip....won’t be rushing back because we live far away but it was a special weekend for sure.

Grandkids went on a graduation trip here for Pre-k. Park is great for smaller children. There's a lot of walking, I mean a lot. Food is super expensive and overpriced, we spent a lot on our meals and the lines were ridiculous! Next time we'll bring our own food and drinks... Kids enjoyed themselves and that's all that matters.

Not well supervised by personnel. This can prove to be dangerous, especially in the pool and on certain rides. Not recommended!!!
