This was our last stop in a 10 day romantic getaway (and our third B&B or Inn). What a great choice! We booked our room in Shaffer House #2 and the room was lovely with a fireplace and a quiet little porch on the side. We stayed there from March 19-23, 2014. I could not have been more pleased. BJ and Maggie (proprietors) are doing a wonderful job with the Inn and they are most warm and kind overseers. Everything was spotless and very well cared for.

This was a wonderful introduction to Ligonier for my fiance from OK. We had dinner in the Inn on the 20th with family and were pleasantly surprised by the entertainment provided by The Bricks. Food is excellent and unpretentious and there were great wine selections. We felt very warmly cared for and made some new friends.

I would love to celebrate a special occassion there and I know that we will go back whenever we can as guests at the Inn.

Just stayed at the Ligonier Country Inn over the weekend and had a wonderful experience. Had a delicious dinner in the lounge in front of the cozy fireplace. We stayed in the Rose Cottage in room # 22. The room was decorated tastefully and had all the amenities. I only wished the fireplace stayed lit longer. It seemed to time out after only 10 minutes each time we had it burning. What a relaxing time for my husband and I. Will be back!

Room Tip: We've stayed in both Rose Cottage Rooms, 21 & 22, and loved both of them. Have modern decor, jacuzzi tub, and plenty of room! Room # 22 does not have a fireplace. Both rooms are the most private of the inn as they are in a separate building.

From the very beginning of us arriving, we felt very welcomed. The front desk person was very polite and greeted us as we walked in. We had room 22 as our room, which had a gas fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, a 2 person rain shower setup, a beautiful huge chair and a huge comfortable bed. The room made it more romantic as the Jacuzzi tub was big enough for my wife and I. We had questions about the fireplace and soon as we hung up someone came to help us. They offered us a late check out as well, since it was our anniversary for no extra fee. The brunch was amazing as it had fresh made to order omelets, made in front of you waffles, ham and roast beef, bacon, french toast, fruit, and so on. The staff were extremely nice and talked and joked with everyone. Very professional place and people. PJ and staff made our stay that much better. I highly recommend this place for any kind of stay. Even at check out they told us happy anniversary and invited us back. Grade A service.

I cannot say enough great things about Allison and her staff at the Ligonier Country Inn. From planning to the night of the event, Allison and her crew treated us with the utmost courtesy and professionalism as well as outstanding service! Their prices were excellent with the tax and gratuity already part of the per plate cost was awesome.

Almost every guest at our party raved about the beautiful room as well as the great food which was a hearty portion as well as the great service. Several guest will be using the inn as their next destination for their event as they were impressed as I was.

I would HIGHLY recommend Allison for handling any event you may have!

Enjoyed an awesome Sunday breakfast at the Inn. The atmosphere is country chic, the staff is attentive and pleasant and the food is delicious! PJ made us the best omelets we've ever had and their own bacon and sausage is scrumptious! Plus, the price for a breakfast like this that even includes your choice of juice and a bottomless coffee makes us sure we'll come back!
