Make sure you wear the right shoes and don't go beyond the rock barriers. Over the last year there has been one fatality and several accidents since people just can't seem to heed the warnings to stay behind the rail.
The parking lot is generally crowded, the walk is not steep but rocky and not particularly scenic or nice. The final destination is a fairly good view of the Susquehanna River and the railroad tracks running along the shore. Do it once for the experience, but it's not really a repeat adventure.
