I took my husband for his birthday, he asked for rest and relaxation.
It was very nice a little pricey and dated but we really enjoyed the suite.
Restaurant was ok the staff were excellent.
The suite was verry clean.

I think for the money you pay it should be updated.

In the heart of Mount Pocono, this resort is a great place to stay if you are looking for a romantic weekend getaway. Having a pool and/or whirlpool bath in the room is amazing. The staff are all very helpful and the dining room serves a wonderful plated dinner and breakfast buffet. But, the rooms are pricey(and outdated) and "all-inclusive" does NOT include lunch or alcoholic beverages. If you are not interested in taking advantage of the resort activities (sports equipment, day trips, nightly karaoke, etc.) I would stay elsewhere because the price isn't worth it. Located about 15-20 minutes from Outlets and Casino.

This was out 3rd trip to Paradise Stream. Upon check in we were offered an upgrade to the Garden Of Eden Suite. (thank you Julie!). The room was clean and did not have a smell as stated in other reviews. Some minor cosmetic issues in the room, but we knew what to expect since we were here before. We loved the surround sound in the room that even played in the pool area. Our only complaint in the room was the hard mattress.

The first night we had an International Buffet style dinner. We did not care for the buffet as the food was just so, so. Their breakfast buffet is awesome and you can order anything from the kitchen that you do not see on the buffet. Dinner the 2nd night was Strip Night and the steaks were perfect.

Entertainment was hit or miss, but the comedian on Saturday night was great. The only suggestion would be to lower the alcohol prices. I feel the amount we spend on the rooms the cost of alcohol should be reasonable. We come here to re-connect and enjoy spending time alone and not so much the entertainment. We will be back.

Room Tip: Wait until they have good deals on the suites. Rooms with the pool is a must. Garden of Eden rooms have no windows.

Haven't been to the Poconos in years and wanted someplace close for a quick weekend get-a-way. Kind of hard to rate Paradise Stream as some things are very nice and some things not so good. We were upgraded to Champagne Tower room which is very spacious and has all the toys you expect in these Pocono resorts (Pool, tub, fireplace etc ) but they have not renovated these rooms in years. Room was clean but is surely showing its age. That being said, it is a fantasy environment and we had a lot of fun. The best I can say about the food is that it is edible, not wonderful, but I woulden't say horrible either. Breakfast is better than dinner, but it is harder to screw up breakfast. The activities on the grounds are fun and are in good shape. I cannot comment on the entertainment because we did not go to any of their shows as we chose to go over to the casino at Mt Airey which is less than five minutes away and is very nice, if a little small. Overall we had a really fun time but you should be aware that you aren't going here for the food and that the place has seen better days. I know this review is a little wishy washy but I really do have mixed emotions, so I guess I recommend it with reservations.

We just returned from a wonderful weekend at Paradise Stream Resort. We stayed in the
Champayne Tower Suite and as we are Forever Lovers and have stayed in a few of the suites, this is our favorite. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and attentive and the food was wonderful. I like having more of an opportunity to sit alone with my husband. At Cove Haven you can sit alone but often there is a long wait to do so. I don't come to this sort of resort to socialize with strangers.

I would have one request. As we preferred to walk to and from our room and it was the furthest distance up a long hill to our room, the PARADISE STREAM STAFF should really respect some sort of speed limit as we were almost hit on a few occasions. The road up to our room was a speedway at all times of the day and 95% of the time it was resort staff.

Excellent weekend and will definitely return!

Room Tip: I would definitely upgrade to the Champayne Towers if given the opportunity!
