I have always enjoyed Baileys steaks and sandwiches, but last night wer had their Kansas City Style Baby Back Ribs and they were the best we have in along time. The server explained that they have a new sauce and new cooking process for the ribs, they were excellent . the service was outstanding as well. had to wait a litle , but it was a busy Saturday night.

I don't know how they cook the steak, but it was amazing. Only downside, is that it's a steak house with a limited steak options. No porterhouse, etc.

My son, husband and I were on our way to a concert and were looking for a quick good meal, I want you to know that we are "locals" and haven't frequented this restaurant since the good old days when it was a decent dining experience in Stroudsburg, where the Sarah Street Grill now resides. It is stuck in time and they closed off the one dining room to make a pizza parlor, does that tell you anything? We asked for a booth and the hostess told us that they had reservations for all of them. I found this hard to believe that a restaurant like this used reservations. She walked us through the bar, through another dining room that was essentially empty to a dingy, dark, "new additon mind you" with dirty windows, ceiling lights that were out over our table and very unappealing furniture. The room had a deuce with people and two four seaters, doesn't she sit us right next to a table of four that was a tight squeeze. She gave us menus, never said another word. We waited more than 20 minutes, only because we were incredulous over this and wanted to see how long it would take, and we painfully listened to an attentive server at the table next to us, explaining the early bird specials as if they needed explaination. No one came over to our table, so we were very happy to get up and leave. We went to the Pour House in Canadensis and had a great meal from owners who know how to run a business. Advice to the owners, maybe if you catered to a better cliente your restaurant wouldn't be stuck in the 1980's, because it seemed to us that everyone in the resturant couldn't have know what a really good meal was if they were satified with Bailey's. Update, train your hostesses and staff and learn to cater to people.

This restaurant is somewhat of an institution in the area. It's well known for its prime rib and "dinosaur bones" (beef ribs). They've made major physical changes to the dining area and created a nice outdoor deck for casual dining in warm weather. Had lunch with a group of 30. Service was both attentive and efficient. Food was well prepared and fresh. Nice to see a place where you can easily order sandwiches with sides other than french fries readily available. I has a Reuben sandwich special which was a great value. Prime rib sandwich was huge. Haven't been there for dinner in a while and intend to go soon based on this experience.
I would suggest they consider removing the tile as you enter the building; it is a very steep, slippery area (it was rainy) even with railings!!!.

Older restaurant/bar, but not at the casino, the server was friendly and helpful, the food was nice and hot when it arrived. We both had steak and it was prepared as specified and quite good. Not a lot of ambiance, but a nice change from overpriced food options at the casino and a lot quieter. Overall, the quality of the food for price paid made it a good option.
