For a lot of us locals, JH is a mixed bag. We go through times, unfortunately like the present, when we simply must retreat after one too many snubs. The management at JH is simply not customer or service oriented, although many of the staffers are very sweet and try hard to make up for it. Were it not for the catering and the lack of local competition for the take-out counter, which is extensive, although mixed in quality, this place would not last long under present management.
