I've always wanted to stay here while in the area, and finally had the opportunity. I wasn't disappointed! The staff was wonderful, the room was large and comfortable, and the location was great. We were in a 2 bedroom suite with 1 and a half baths and a fireplace, although we could not use ours because of a strong gas odor. Comfortable beds, internet service, interior hallway near an easy exit, handy reading lights on the headboards, stocked kitchen
with m/w and full refrigerator, couch and arm chair, plenty of space. The bathroom could use a little TLC (peeling wallpaper, dingy grout around whirlpool tub), but it didn't affect use of the large room. They do offer breakfast, but I have to admit we drove the 20+ minutes each day to eat at Shady Maple (in East Earl). We did have dinner one night at the Revere Tavern. It offers an upscale meal in a historic setting; good, but not outstanding.
Overall, a great place to stay and I will definitely stay here again.More
